Relocating the waste pipe meant digging new trenches, sawing through concrete, and a certain amount of jack hammer work. What you're seeing here is part of the trench-digging -- not just the dirt, but what happens to fallen ti leaves when the boss man takes his spray can of day-glo orange to mark where the trench needs to go. And after the digging, the marked leaf blows around.
